OS-450
Automatic Rotary Type Roasting Oven

This standard guided roasting machine is an upgrade to traditional guided ovens and earlier single-stage track roasters. Designed specifically for drying and roasting nuts and seeds, it is equipped with a single two-stage burner that ensures low NOx emissions, delivering exceptional roasting quality and superior taste. Engineered to maintain the full aroma and flavour profile of the product even under high-temperature conditions, it uses the hot-air roasting method. With two baskets (one perforated and one non-perforated), the machine facilitates the discharge of the finished product by inserting the basket towards the centre of the drum. Furthermore, the machine supports salt roasting, whereby the salt acts as an indirect heat medium to protect the product from centrifugal force damage; the finished product is then removed using the perforated basket.

Frequently Asked Questions

The OS-450 is listed at 4100 mm long, 3600 mm wide and 4450 mm high, with gas consumption given for natural gas, up to 25 Nm³/h, and for LPG. Product-specific capacities are not published for this model, so the exact configuration is confirmed during project evaluation.

Burner options in this range include natural gas, LPG and diesel, depending on the model. Consumption differs between models and fuels. The fuel choice should be confirmed against your site supply and the selected configuration.

Between runs the roasting drum and discharge baskets should be emptied and cleaned of residue, which matters most when moving between different nuts or seeds. Access points and recommended cleaning practice are confirmed for the selected configuration.

Customisation options, such as fuel type and connections to your line, depend on the model. Describe your products, output target and site conditions, and the available options are confirmed during project evaluation.
