Since our establishment in 2000, we have grown into an internationally recognized manufacturer of industrial Nuts and Coffee Roasting machinery and complete Snack processing solutions. For more than two decades, we have combined engineering expertise, advanced manufacturing technologies, and continuous innovation to develop reliable solutions for the evolving needs of the food industry.

Based in Denizli, Türkiye, we operate from our 21,500 m² production facility with a team of more than 120 experienced professionals. Our modern manufacturing infrastructure enables us to manage our production processes efficiently while maintaining high standards of precision, quality, and reliability.

We specialize in machinery and complete solutions for nut roasting and drying, coffee roasting, frying, cooling, seasoning, conveying, and food processing. From individual machines to fully integrated processing lines, we design and manufacture solutions according to our customers’ specific products, capacities, processes, and production requirements.

We believe true manufacturing means taking responsibility for every stage of the process. That is why we manufacture our machines ourselves, from the ground up.

Our production capabilities cover the complete manufacturing process, including laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, assembly, electrical and automation systems, testing, and final quality control.

Today, we serve customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, America, Asia, and other international markets. Our national and international experiences allows us to understand different production environments, technical requirements, and market expectations, enabling us to develop solutions for a wide range of applications.

Chronology

2000: The Beginning

Özstar was founded in Denizli with its first 100 m² facility, marking the beginning of our journey in industrial roasting machinery.

2005: Building the Foundation

During its first years, Özstar focused on manufacturing and supplying standard roasting machines to customers across Türkiye and the Middle East. As demand grew, the company expanded its rented production facilities step by step, moving from 100 m² to 200 m², then 400 m², 650 m², and eventually 1,300 m², reflecting its steady growth in production and market reach.

2007: From Standard Machines to Customized Solutions

Özstar began developing customized machines and production lines tailored to each customer’s specific product, process, capacity, and production requirements, serving customers across Türkiye’s neighboring markets, the Balkans, the Middle East, Arab countries, and North Africa. This marked an important step toward becoming a solution-driven machinery manufacturer.

2013: First Company-Owned Production Facility

Özstar took a major step toward long-term growth by acquiring its own industrial land in 2012 and constructing a 3,000 m² production facility. The company fully moved its operations to the new site in 2013, establishing a permanent base for future expansion.

2014: Expanding Across Continents

Özstar expanded its international reach by beginning exports to the Americas, Australia, and Asian markets, marking a new stage in the company’s global growth and strengthening its presence beyond Europe and the Middle East.

2016: A New Production Base

With growing production and international demand, Özstar acquired a 6,000 m² industrial site and began constructing a new production facility since 2014. The company completed the transition to the new location in 2016, bringing its production activities together under its own expanding industrial site.
