OS-7000P
Drying Oven

The drying oven’s capacity may vary depending on the product’s input and output moisture levels. All raw materials used in the manufacturing process are tested and certified according to European quality standards, ensuring durability under heavy industrial conditions. The entire drying oven is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. During operation, the product is transferred on a five-layer moving perforated stainless-steel conveyor, which allows hot air to circulate freely above and below the product surface. Conveyor movement is driven by a reduction gear system and an RPM control unit, while side safety rails prevent overflow. The control panel offers flexible adjustment of speed, temperature, and humidity settings. This machine is suitable for drying almost all types of fruits and vegetables, including pears, apples, pineapples, dates, figs, and grapes. The drying unit features a single high-performance gas burner that provides a powerful and consistent heat source. Drying temperature can be precisely adjusted as needed. The system is equipped with air circulation technology that maintains the product’s natural aroma and flavour integrity throughout the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

The OS-7000P Drying Oven is listed with electric, diesel, natural gas and LPG options. The electric version uses 138 kW of resistance heating, diesel consumption is stated as 8 to 18 kg/h, and natural gas as 11 to 24.6 Nm³/h. Stated dimensions are 10700 mm long, 2600 mm wide and 4000 mm high.

Start with the product, its input and target output moisture, and the hourly output you need. Then consider operating hours and the capacity of upstream and downstream equipment. A larger oven also needs more floor space and height, so the building layout should be checked at an early stage.

Belt drying ovens are normally part of a wider production line, and elevators, conveyors and cooling machines can be considered around them. The connection depends on product, layout and discharge height. The arrangement is confirmed during project evaluation.

It helps to share the product type, moisture before and after drying, required output per hour, preferred fuel or electric supply, and the space available for installation. Photographs or a floor plan of the area also support a more accurate assessment.
