This standard guided roasting machine is an upgrade to traditional guided ovens and earlier single-stage track roasters. Designed specifically for drying and roasting nuts and seeds, it is equipped with a single two-stage burner that ensures low NOx emissions, delivering exceptional roasting quality and superior taste. Engineered to maintain the full aroma and flavour profile of the product even under high-temperature conditions, it uses the hot-air roasting method. With two baskets (one perforated and one non-perforated), the machine facilitates the discharge of the finished product by inserting the basket towards the centre of the drum. Furthermore, the machine supports salt roasting, whereby the salt acts as an indirect heat medium to protect the product from centrifugal force damage; the finished product is then removed using the perforated basket.
