With its advanced automation and control mechanism, this world-class electric nuts roasting oven offers you a flawless production. With the help of energy-efficient burners, it reduces production costs by requiring less manpower, and delivers excellent results in every cooking process.Banded nuts roasting machine has a total of 7 roasting tanks. Of these, 4 were designed by our engineers for firing, one for resting and the remaining 2 for cooling. The tracked roasting machine is powered by four fully automatic double stage high efficiency gas burners. These burners are manufactured to the highest standards for reducing pollutant emissions.
The raw materials used to produce the machine have been tested to be robust enough to withstand the heavy loads required by the industry as approved by European quality stadarts. The entire dryer is made of Aisi 304 stainless steel.The machine allows the moving five-layer element to be transferred to a porous stainless steel conveyor during the processing of the product.Made of stainless steel, this porous conveyor allows free movement of hot air under and above the conveyor belt.Band movement is provided with a reduction gear and an RPM control unit.There are guard rails on either side of the band to prevent overflow.The control panel provides the flexibility to control speed temperature and humidity settings.Pear apple pineapple palm fig grape almost it has the property of drying all fruit varieties and vegetables.
