OS-40 Nohut Kavurma Makinesi, Nohut Kavurma Makinesi dış kısımdaki AISI T300 / 304 paslanmaz çelikten imal edilmiştir. İçerisi de ST 37 metalden yapılmıştır. OS 40 Nohut kavurma makinesinde, içinde ısının oluştuğu bir kavurma tamburu bulunur. Nohut daha sonra ısıtılmış kızartma haznesinde aşırı ısınmadan veya yakılmadan kavrulur. Ayrıca, tambur içindeki sıcaklığı ölçmek için bir aparata sahiptir. Sıcaklık, yakıt giriş vanasından kontrol edilebilir. OS 40 nohut kavurma makinesi, standart bir endüstri sınıfı halka brülöründe veya üretim için ısı üretmek için isteğe bağlı bir gelişmiş premix brülörü ile donatılmıştır. Premix brülörü, standart bir brülöre göre önemli avantajlara sahiptir. Ürettiği:
